Can you purchase through Nimbus 9?
When you are purchasing through us, we buy everything through whole-sale. When clients purchase through us, we discount under retail. You would get anything less than retail... This includes our design time. When a person agrees to do a design project, we usually give them ‘x’ amount of hours and they are agreeing for those design hours.
Do you work hourly?
Yes - we work hourly. We have many clients that we bill hourly. That is $150/hr. We love to be flexible for our clients depending on the project. We give many options.Option A: We give you an hourly option.Option B: Most economical is to purchase through us because you get your design services for free.
Is the initial consultation free?
No. We bill for all the hours our designers work. The initial consultation is $150.00 is the base price. We will come up with a design. We will estimate the amount of hours for the project - whatever those design hours are can go towards their purchases. Your design time is built into the furniture. Rebatable. We will come up with an amount of hours. You can pay the design fee or you can use it towards furniture. We use every bit of the hours that we estimate.
Is a deposit required?
We don’t place orders under 50% deposit. Includes.
Once the design proposal is approved, a 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required until any ordering can be made.
Is there a waitlist?
Almost always. If someone wants to work with a specific designer, then you can request the timeline based on our designers availability.
